We were away for the past week and a half on our family vacation, so life is slowly returning to normal now. Here is my menu plan, a day late!
Tuesday: baked chicken, veggies, couscous and salad
Wednesday: Happy Birthday to my husband! Black Bean Soup, tortilla chips
Thursday: Turkey burgers, baked beans, salad
Friday: Pizza and salad
Saturday: TBD
Sunday: Marinated porkloin, veggies, applesauce, salad
After spending 10 days away, living off of restaurant food, I am happy to be home cooking again! I have lots of holiday cooking plans to make, so once I find my way through the piles of laundry and unpacked luggage, I'll get to that!
