Did you ever make homemade pizzelles? They are so much tastier than those ones that we used to buy in the box at the grocery store. My good friends own an authentic pizzelle press and let me borrow it yearly to make some pizzelles for my son. He is partial to vanilla, so that is the flavor I made this time. I am planning to make some chocolate ones this week if we get snowed in again!
These were really easy to make and baked fast...faster than a waffle. Plus, the house smelled great!
